How to Choose a NAD+ Supplement: Read the Label Before the Promise

A practical buying guide to ingredient identity, daily servings, testing documents and the real cost of a routine.

PAG NAD CORE daily serving: 500 mg NAD+, 250 mg quercetin dihydrate extract, and 150 mg Japanese knotweed extract standardized to 98% resveratrol.

A useful NAD+ supplement comparison starts with five things: the exact ingredient, the amount per daily serving, the evidence relevant to that form, the quality documents available and the total delivered price. This checklist turns a complicated category into a purchase you can understand.

In this guide
  1. 1. Find the full ingredient name
  2. 2. Calculate the amount you take each day
  3. 3. Ask what a quality document actually verifies
  4. 4. Match the study to the product
  5. 5. Compare the cost of a complete routine
  6. A short checklist to keep beside the product page
  7. Make your next choice an informed one.
  8. Choose your next step

1. Find the full ingredient name

The front of a bottle may emphasize “NAD,” “cellular health” or “longevity.” The Supplement Facts panel provides the more precise description. Direct NAD+, NR and NMN are different ingredients. Our NAD+ / NMN / NR comparison explains their relationship.

Also check the supporting ingredients. An extract should identify what it comes from and, where relevant, its standardization. These details make the formula comparable to another label and to published research. A botanical name is an ingredient identifier, not proof that the product was manufactured in that country.

2. Calculate the amount you take each day

A number on the front may refer to one capsule, two capsules or an entire blend. Check “serving size” before comparing. Then divide the total capsules by the daily capsule count to find how long the bottle lasts.

A worked example using the current PAG NAD CORE label
PAG NAD CORE label item What it means
Serving size 2 capsules
NAD+ 500 mg per serving
Quercetin dihydrate extract 250 mg per serving
Japanese knotweed extract 150 mg per serving, standardized to 98% resveratrol
Bottle size 60 capsules / 30 daily servings
Complete protocol 3 bottles / 180 capsules / 90 daily servings

3. Ask what a quality document actually verifies

A certificate of analysis can report identity, potency or contaminant testing. Ask whether it applies to the finished product or an ingredient, which batch it covers, when it was issued, which methods were used and who performed the work. A genuine document should be specific enough to connect its result to a batch or material.

A manufacturing statement and a certificate of analysis answer different questions. Neither by itself establishes a visible skin benefit. For documentation questions about PAG NAD CORE, contact contact@paglabs.store and specify the product and lot number if you have one. Only documents actually supplied should be treated as available verification.

4. Match the study to the product

Use the research table to check molecule, route and measured outcome. A cell study can explain an interesting mechanism. A human skin trial can address a more direct outcome. A study of an ingredient does not automatically test every combination containing it.

5. Compare the cost of a complete routine

PAG NAD CORE costs $180 for three bottles, giving 90 servings at the labeled daily amount. That is $60 per bottle and $2 per day before shipping or taxes. The current offer is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. US standard shipping is free; international standard shipping is $25 where checkout is available. International duties or taxes may add to the delivered cost.

Compare the delivered subtotal, not only the bottle price
Example order Price before any taxes or duties Cost across 90 days
United States, standard shipping $180 $2.00 per day
Eligible international destination, standard shipping $205 About $2.28 per day
A personal observation schedule: baseline on day 0, consistency checks on days 30 and 60, and review on day 90.
Choose a supply format you can follow consistently. These checkpoints organize your observations; they are not promised result dates.

A short checklist to keep beside the product page

  • I can name the exact form of NAD-related ingredient.
  • I understand the daily serving and the number of servings in the order.
  • I know whether a cited study measures skin, a biomarker or a mechanism.
  • I have checked the actual quality information available.
  • I understand shipping, renewal terms and the refund policy.

If those questions have clear answers, you can compare the product on its actual formula and terms. That is the standard PAG LABS aims to make easy to inspect.
