1. Scope

By browsing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Products and information

We aim to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, quantities, serving information and pricing. Product packaging, imagery or minor non-material details may change. We may update product information, availability or pricing at any time before an order is accepted.

Information published in the PAG LABS Research Library is provided for general educational purposes. Dietary supplements sold by PAG LABS are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Nothing on the website is individualized medical advice.

3. Eligibility and account information

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and shipping information and for keeping any account credentials secure.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when PAG LABS confirms it and payment has been successfully processed or otherwise authorized as applicable. We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfillment in cases such as suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, or legal restrictions. If a paid order is cancelled by us, any amount due will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Pricing and payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). The price charged is the price shown at checkout when the order is placed. Taxes, customs duties, import fees and shipping charges may apply depending on the destination and are shown or handled as required by applicable law.

Payments are processed through payment methods made available at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Processing and delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs, weather, address issues and other events outside our reasonable control. Tracking information is provided when available after dispatch.

7. Returns, refunds and 90-day satisfaction guarantee

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. PAG LABS currently offers a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible products subject to the conditions in that policy. Customers using the guarantee must follow the timing and eligibility requirements stated there.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law of your country of residence.

8. European Union withdrawal rights

Where applicable, consumers in the European Union have statutory withdrawal rights in accordance with applicable consumer law. The conditions, time limits and hygiene-related exceptions are described in our Refund Policy. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Product use and safety

Follow the directions and warnings on the product label. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing individuals, people under 18, and people with known medical conditions or who take medication should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using a dietary supplement.
